Since our inception in 2009, we have partnered with dozens of local musical artists and venues to raise funds for our beneficiaries.
We specifically target shows in the Central New York region because our mission is to keep your contributions local. With so many wonderful service providers in the region, but so little funding to go around — through our portions of ticket sales, raffles, and more — we make sure your efforts are poured back into the organizations doing the best work in your community.
Here’s a list of some of our successful events in the past:
- Spiedie Fest
- 95X Fest
- 93Q Summer Jam
- Lost Horizon – 95X Live in the 315
- The New York State Fair
- Bridge Street Live
- The Rocky Horror Picture Show
- Kite Day
25 Days of Giving – Please remember to donate during this Holiday season! One Hundred percent of your donation will go towards efforts that help the hungry and the homeless in Central New York! Click on the Donate button above!

Music for the Mission, in tandem with WOLF-FM, recently sponsored ‘The Country Showdown’ at The Spinning Wheel!
The Showdown is an annual amateur music competition for aspiring country artists in Central New York. Ten or so contestants performed one song each, followed by judges’ critiques; contestants ranged in ages from teenagers to adults, and varied in experience, song choice, and style. Thanks to our generous donors, we were able to raise nearly $100 from a 50-50 raffle stocked with Destiny USA gift cards and raceway tickets. Here’s to another successful Showdown next year!
